Panasonic DMR-BS750 HD 250GB DVD Blu-Ray Recorder *Works but N0 FREESAT SIGNAL*

Item Powers ON, HDD Works and The Blu-Ray/DVD Side Works. However when i try and tune in the Freesat Channels - there is no signal and fails to find any channels. Not sure what the issue may be. Still stays up but bit loose on one side when opened.
