Excellent all round condition with no obvious marks on it. Bulb has less than 2800 hours usage. (Expected life span is 4,000-5,000 hours so plenty of life left.) Replacement bulbs are currently c£55-90. Excellent first projector or back up. No original box but will be packaged professionally at the local parcel shop.
