This is an AvanHard Monitor XM15B black monitor with a 15-inch screen size. I have tested the blue power on light which works as shown in the photo. Do not know if it works further than this as have not been able to test, however it was working when last used. Complete with tilting base. No power lead supplied. Happy to answer any questions and will post out straight away.
